Mr. Wang Zhaohai, Postgraduate degree, joined the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in December 1970 and was admitted to the Chinese Communist Party in May 1972. He successively held the following positions: Party Secretary of an independent engineering battalion, PLA Navy; Officer of the Publicity Office of the Political Division, the Logistic Department, North China Sea Fleet, PLA Navy; Editor, Deputy Director of Chief Editor Office, Director of Chief Editor Office and Deputy Chief Editor of People’s Navy; Deputy Secretary General of the Political Department of PLA Navy; Director of the Cultural Division of the Political Department of PLA Navy; Deputy Director of the Publicity Division of the General Political Department; Director of the Political Department and Vice President of PLA Academy of Military Sciences; Director of the Political Department of PLA Navy and Deputy Political Commissar of PLA Navy.
