Set up in 1988, Zigong Lantern Festival and Trade Fair Management Committee is under the direct administration of Zigong People’s Government. Its main mission is to hold annual Zigong international dinosaur lantern festival and organize and implement Zigong lantern exhibition at home and abroad; coordinate the building of “south China lantern city”; and plan the development of Zigong lantern show industry. It is the sole owner of the trademark “Zigong Lantern Festival”.
